Bryan at iStation contacted me when the business was first opening to look at their overall digital presence. This not only included the public facing website but also an internal web-based system to help run the day to day business transactions.
After some initial exploratory sessions, we came up with the idea of iManage, a custom Customer Relationship Management system, which allows iManage staff to register customers, record issues with Apple devices, record each step of iStation's repair process and other business transactions that help to save the business time, such as printing automatic receipts and generating PDF invoices.
The system continues to grow and now allows customers to directly create repairs with iStation and manage appointments, all via iManage modules that I have created from detailed specifications provided by iStation and it's has been a pleasure to see how the business has grown in the time working together.
