iStation Website Design

Bryan at iStation contacted me when the business was first opening to look at their overall digital presence. This not only included the public facing website but also an internal web-based system to help run the day to day business transactions.

After some initial exploratory sessions, we came up with the idea of iManage, a custom Customer Relationship Management system, which allows iManage staff to register customers, record issues with Apple devices, record each step of iStation's repair process and other business transactions that help to save the business time, such as printing automatic receipts and generating PDF invoices.

The system continues to grow and now allows customers to directly create repairs with iStation and manage appointments, all via iManage modules that I have created from detailed specifications provided by iStation and it's has been a pleasure to see how the business has grown in the time working together.

If you would like to discuss a custom business application and website, please contact me.

"After starting our business in 2014, we saw a need for a CRM to manage our customers, support tickets and inventory.

We had tested the "off the shelf packages" but nothing fit our requirements. We decided to have a system custom built around our business. After working with Scott from Slikk on previous projects he was the obvious choice to help us.

Four years on and many upgrades and system integrations later our system “iManage” is at the core of the business, it’s responsible for Customers, Support Tickets, Inventory, Retail Sales, Survey’s, Reports and more! It has been in constant development and grown with the business.

We would not hesitate to recommend Scott at Slikk for his dedication, and patience in building and maintaining the system, putting our ideas into reality have been second to none, our business would not run without it."
